Hello my Dear,

It is my pleasure to contact you for a business venture which I intend to establish in your country.

There is this amount of nine million U.S dollars($9, 000,000.00) which my late Father kept for me with a security company here in abidjan before his death. Thought he deposited it as family valuable for security reason, and that made the security company not to know the contents of the parcel he deposited with them.

I have decided to invest these money anywhere safe enough outside our Country for security and political reasons. Therefore, I want you to help me to transfer these fund from here into your country for investment purposes on these areas were tax will not be much.

If you can be of an assistance to me, i will be pleased to offer to you 15% of the total fund.

I await your soonest response.
Respectfully yours,
Miss Sonia Cisse.

Hello Our Dear Sonia:

We apologize for the delay in writing back to you, but Philip insisted we accompany him to the fox hunt, even though he knows that we find it quite unbearable.

We extend our deepest condolences upon the loss of your father. We ourself lost our father many years ago, when we were only 24. We do not know how old you are, but we can imagine that the loss of one's father at any age is apt to be disconcerting. Mum passed on only recently at the ripe old age of 101, and we must say that we were quite distressed about the matter.

As regards your business proposition, we dare say that we are game for some new adventure, as we have taken a much less active role in the family business of late. We should think that taxes would not be much in any area for such a meager amount, but since our family found a way not to pay taxes for most of its history, we suppose we are less concerned about such matters than working people. We have holdings in a lovely little island in the Carribean where we hear taxes are quite low, which we imagine will do nicely for your purposes.

We should like to know more about you, dear, and your plans for your future once you have hold of this small fortune, if one can call it that. We know that if you are anywhere near the age at which we lost our father, the burden of responsibility can be quite cumbersome.

We shall look forward to hearing from you presently,

Elizabeth Windsor

Our Dear Young Sonia:

We thank you very much for your kind words. Even though it was so long ago, one always retains some sadness over the loss of a parent. We daresay Mum's recent passing was not so very much unexpected, as she was 101, but Father died at the very young age of 56, and we suppose that one feels robbed of time that may have been spent together.

We must say that you do seem quite the no-nonsense businesslike young lady, which is certainly admirable in some respects, but we have always found that business affairs are much more enjoyable when there is an element of personability. We are a proper old lady of 83, not at all in need of money, but very interested in some adventure to fill one's time.

We are thrilled at the prospect of taking you into our family, as our children are all grown now, and the grandchildren rarely visit. We suppose that is how it is with young people today. The idea of a young lady of 21 around the manor is quite rejuvenating.

If you are to become our daughter, we would very much like to learn more about you personally. What were you studying before your education was so tragically interrupted? Do you hope to resume your studies? (If so, we may be able to get you into Eton.) What are your interests and hobbies? Do you ride? What teams were you on when you were in school?

So many questions, our dear, but if we are to embark on this together, we really would like to get to know each other. We would also like to see what our daughter-to-be looks like, and would very much appreciate some photographs of youself.

In answer to your query about your investment, we mentioned that we had some holdings in a charming little island in the Carribean that has very low taxes, and we will place your money in some profitable fund there. Please do not worry so much about this dear; our family is quite well off, and we have always taken care of our own. As our daughter, you will never lack for anything.

Below is a photograph of Philip and ourself when we were your age. Memories are so precious, dear, and our correspondance has reminded us that one is never too old to form new ones. We hope that the kinship born of our involvement in your financial affairs will afford you fond memories long after we are gone.

We eagerly anticipate your reply presently.

Elizabeth Windsor

Dearest Sonia:

We must say that you are quite a beautiful young woman who appears to have been well brought up. We should very much like to see more photographs of you so that we may become more familiar with our daughter-to-be. We are quite pleased to hear that you would like to resume your studies, and we shall see what we can do about Eton.

We should also like to learn about your other interests and hobbies, as even aspring accountants must have some recreation in their lives. Do you ride? What teams were you on in school?

We think it premature for you to be addressing us as Mother before we get to know you somewhat better. We treasure you as our daughter-to-be and anticipate the day we will welcome you at the manor as our daughter. Until then, "Mrs. Windor" will do just fine.

We should like to arrange your passage here as soon as is convenient. We know that you have already told us what city you live in, but we are at times a forgetful old lady. We ask that you tell us again so that we may have an air ticket purchased for you. We suppose we shall need a copy of your passport for that as well.

You are welcome to have your consigment sent to:

At our age, we suppose one must be excused for misspelling one's own name. Of course you shall address me as "Mrs. Windsor" (not Windor) and you may send your delivery to Elizabeth Windsor (not Windosr).

We feel so silly about this, and we are quite worried that our eyes may be getting as bad as our ears. You must think us a dotty old girl, as we suppose the grandchildren do. Of course they never say so, and neither may you, dear.

Young Sonia:

We are not amused by your tone, dear. We suppose that young people today often confuse their parents with their mates, but we find that this behaviour does not befit the offspring of a proper matron of our position. We imagine that you are under some stress in your present circumstances, finding yourself alone after living in what we suppose was relative luxury by local standards, so we shall overlook it this one time.

We are pleased to tell you that the Headmaster has reserved a place for you in the Accountancy program at Eton for the start of the next session. As it is just down the road from the manor, you shall reside here with us during your studies. We suppose that young collegiates often fancy staying in the dormitory with their mates, but one's recollection of Andrew's antics when he did so makes us hesitant to repeat that mistake.

We believe that we gave you our residence address in our last message, but we suppose that one does forget things at our age, so if we are mistaken about this, here it is again:

Mrs. Elizabeth Windsor
Windsor Crescent
Berkshire, England
SL41NJ

We do not have a mobile telephone, as these tiny gadgets are too difficult for our aged and somewhat plump fingers to operate. In any case, we find these devices to be a rude interruption in social discourse. We suppose they are necessary for some working people, but we have no use for them.

We did not know our facsimile number when we last wrote, as Philip usually handles these sorts of things, and we want your arrival to be a surprise to him. We have enquired of Major Denman, who manages our household, and he has arranged a private facsimile for us so that Philip will not be tipped off. The number is 0871-218-1437.

We cannot imagine why you would need our identification to arrange for your consignment to be shipped here, and given our wealth and stature, we are hesitant to send this through the internet.

Now that we have answered your questions dear, please answer those of ours that you have not thus far, as we should like to know everything about our future daughter. Please dear, tell us about your interests and hobbies, and about your likes and dislikes. If you should tell us who your favourite singer is, we shall even arrange to acquire the entire collection of their repertory before you arrive here.

We should also like to know what teams you participated in when you were at school, so that we can have the Headmaster make the appropriate arrangements. You have not yet told us whether you ride. If you do, please tell us your level, so that we can prepare a horse for you.

We should like you to remind us what city you now reside in, so that we can arrange your passage here presently. If you are to be our daughter, we should very much like to welcome you as such in time for Christmas, as it is the one time of year that the entire family still gathers here, and we should like to introduce you to your new brothers, sister, nieces and nephews. We shall need a copy of your passport in order to purchase the air ticket; please send it with your next message.

We look forward to seeing more photographs of you dear, and should like to know your height and weight and clothing sizes, as these will assist us in in having an appropriate wardrobe prepared prior to your arrival. Of course more importantly dear, the more we see of you, the more we shall begin to think of you as our daughter.

In eager anticipation of your present reply,

Elizabeth Windsor

Please tell us when to expect your consignment, as we should like to have Major Denman alert the servants to watch for it (so as to keep Philip in the dark about your arrival). We should very much like to send you an air ticket and some pocket money for your voyage, so tell us how soon you can travel and what city you are in, and do send us a copy of your passport, dear.

We expect that you shall reply to our last message at the same time, and we look forward to learning more about and seeing more of our soon-to-be daughter. Below is a photograph of some of the grandchildren bringing us flowers, when they were a bit younger.

Thanks for your message once again. I have read and understood all the content here in and would appreciate that we proceed without wasting of time. Sequel to our previous email message I told you that the security company did not know the real content of the box for security reasons best know to my late father. Right now I want to introduce you to the security company as my guardian who will help me in the retrieval of the box deposited by my late father Mr. Nelson Cisse.

Attached here are the documents issued to my late father on the day of the deposit and I would want you to keep it to your self and I must comment that I wouldn’t want you to disclose this to anyone else until after the successful retrieval and shipment of this box to your country.

You are to contact the security company introducing yourself as my guardian which I will still meet with them today to inform them that my guardian will be contacting them for the claim of my inheritance. Please do not forget that the content of the box is kept secret for security reasons. This is the contact of the security company:

Once you receive the consignment you will send some money to me so that I will prepare my travel documents to come and meet with you over there in your country so that I cam continue my education while you investment the money for me.

Once again I appreciate your concern towards my present condition and I ask that God bless and protect you forever, Amen!

We are thrilled to hear that you are safe and far from the recent troubles, and we thank you for the beautiful photograph. We are pleased to see that you appear to be a sturdy young lady, and not at all a frail little thing. Please do send more photographs dear, as seeing more of you so encourages one to proceed with haste in this affair.

We shall contact the security company and arrange to fetch your box. Don't worry dear, we shall read over your instructions and documents carefully so as to be certain of our accuracy. We suppose that at our age one must read everything twice just to understand it once.

In the meanwhile, dear, do send us a copy of your passport so that we can purchase your air ticket. We should like to have you here for the holidays, and we fear that if we do not reserve soon, you shall be forced to fly in coach, which of course will not do for a future Windsor.

We should still like to know about your interests and hobbies, and what teams you were on in school, as this will help us to arrange your suite in a manner that will make you feel at home here. We should also like to know your clothing sizes and your height and weight, so that we can arrange a wardrobe for you. More photographs of you would also be helpful for this.

We are sorry to hear that you lost your passport dear, as we should like you to come over as soon as possible. Fortunately, our Major Denman is acquainted with the Home Secretary, who has agreed to bypass the proper procedure and arrange a passport for you in haste. We suppose wealth has its priveleges my dear.

You shall send us the following at once: your full legal name, your date of birth, your height and weight, and your eye colour. You shall also send us a passport quality photograph; be sure that it is a full shot of your head against a light background, and you must be facing the camera and not smiling, dear.

Major Denman has assured us that once you send us your photograph and information, he shall have the passport in two days. We shall then have it sent to you by overnight courrier along with some pocket money and your air ticket. Please hurry, dear, as it is imperative that you arrive for the holidays. We should be rather upset if our Christmas surprise for Philip is ruined.

We suppose that we must also remind you not to address us as "mother" before we have welcomed you in our home as our daughter; until we meet, we feel that "Mrs. Windsor" is more appropriate.

We are still waiting to learn of your interests and hobbies, as well as your favourite singer and film star, so that we may prepare your suite, and we really would like to see more photographs of you, dear. One supposes that it is difficult to think of a young lady as one's daughter when one has seen so little of her.

Our Dear Young Sonia:

We thank you so much for your information dear, but we shall also need your exact height and weight in order to obtain your passport. Please do send this with your passport photograph as soon as you can.

We have received a reply from the security company, and we shall send them the information they have requested by tomorrow. You see dear, they have asked for a scan of our identification, and we have no inkling as to how to work a scanning machine. Clearly, we cannnot ask Philip to do this lest he shall want to know why, and Major Denman has no aptitude for gadgets and such. We suppose we shall ask that nice Robert Wilson, one of our butlers, who we hear is quite handy with a computer. He shall be in tomorrow morning, and we have already arranged to have him summoned.

Please do not worry so much about this dear, as the important thing is to have you with us for the holidays, and we should not like to see our surprise to Philip ruined for the sake of a few million pounds. (After all dear, we spend more than that just to pay the servants each year, and our future daughter is far more dear to us than all the servants in the realm.) We suppose that even though you will not need it as a member of the Windsor family, your father's money surely holds some sentimental value for you, so we shall endeavour to get our hands on your box with great haste.

We are pleased to hear that you like music. Do you play an instrument? Please tell us which, and we shall arrange to acquire one for you and see what can be done about having you join Eton's orchestra. We should also like to obtain the collection of your favourite musical artist, if you will tell us who it is.

We do hope that you will send us more of your beautiful photographs, as we would so like to see more of our daugher-to-be. Perhaps you can have a few extra snaps taken along with your passport photograph.

We shall await your reply with eager presence,

Elizabeth Windsor

Our Dear Beautiful Sonia:

We are happy to hear that you will send a passport photograph in two days time; do not forget to send some others of yourself along with. We shall also need your exact height and weight for the passport.

We have been in contact with the security company and shall send them the necessary information as soon as they explain a discrepancy regarding regarding the date of the deposit by your late father. We suppose that one must be certain that everything is in order, as it would not do for them to send over the wrong trunk box. To be sure, a photograph of your box would be helpful if you happen to have one that you can send to us.

Please do tell about your favourite musical artists and what teams you favour. We are having such a difficult time decorating your suite, dear, as we still know so little about you.

We eagerly await your reply with presence,

Elizabeth Windsor

Mr. Kunta:

We thank you for that clarification. At the same time, we should like to point out that your brusqueness is somewhat unsettling. As we pointed out to young Miss Cisse, one finds that an element of personability is always welcome in business matters. We suppose that your approach may be passed off as a cultural difference, but we dare say that your company should not do very well in jolly old England.

In any case, our facsimile number is 0871-218-1437 and our address is below. Our identification is attached, courtesy of that nice young Robert Wilson. He does indeed have quite the hand with computers, although he does seem a bit of an odd sort. We suppose that these technical chaps usually are.

We trust that this shall enable you to proceed with haste, as we should like to have Miss Cisse' treasured box safely tucked away in her suite before long.

There seems to be some further error on your part in proposing a change of ownership of the deposit entrusted to your care by the late Mr. Nelson Cisse. The documents forwarded to us by Miss Cisse clearly name her as the next of kin and beneficiary, and the young lady shall remain the owner of her family treasure. We are simply to act as guardian on her behalf in order to arrange the shipment of the trunk box, and have no intention of claiming her treasured box as our own.

We shall extend the benefit of the doubt and suppose that you simply sent the wrong form. Kindly send us the proper forms to arrange shipment, and advise us of any unpaid storage fees or shipping costs. Given your company's previous errors, please confirm the exact address you have for us, as we requested in our previous message. We would like to be certain that young Sonia's box arrives here and not elsewhere in England.

Mr. Kunta:

We are rather concerned about your insistence that we assume ownership of Ms. Cisse' inheritance, as we see no reason why young Sonia should not keep her box to herself, and she has given us no authorization to assume ownersip. As she has simply asked us to act as her guardian to arrange shipment, please explain why the consignment cannot be sent to Ms. Cisse in our care, as we anticipate her arrival within a fortnight. Naturally we suppose we shall assume any accumulated storage fees and shipping costs on her behalf.

Further, we are also not amused that you have thus far failed to confirm the shipping address that we provided to you; please do so at once. Given the confusion that seems to reign at your office, we should also like to confirm that you will be sending us the correct trunk box. Mr. Kunta:

We are not amused by your threatening tone. We ask three very simple things of you, and one supposes that your inability to comply indicates either gross incompetence or a lack of integrity. We shall be happy to proceed once you satisfy these three concerns.

First, please confirm the shipping address that you should have on file, so that we can be sure that you will not muck up the delivery and allow young Sonia's box to come into the wrong hands.

Second, please send a photograph of the trunk box in question, clearly showing the storage tag with Mr. Cisse' name or the deposit number, so that we can be sure it is the right one. One supposes that a global security company has access to a digital camera.

Finally, please explain why a transfer of ownership is necessary, rather than simply shipping the consignment to Miss Cisse in our care after we have settled any storage and shipping costs.

We are at a loss to understand your obstinacy regarding these questions, and we find your comportment to be closer to that of a suspicious character than that of a legitimate businessperson. If you are unable to address our concerns, please place us in contact with your supervisor.

We suppose we should thank you for confirming our address. It gives us some hope that young Sonia's box will find its way to the manor.

We are still somewhat unclear about the necessity of a change of ownership, as one does not quite fathom why the consignment cannot simply be shipped to Miss Cisse at our address. In any case, we shall require her verifiable consent before we can request a transfer of ownership.

With respect to the photograph of the young lady's box, Miss Cisse has assured us that she will send one today, which we presume was taken by Mr. Cisse before he put his daughter's box in your hands. We request a recent photograph from you simply to confirm that you will ship the correct trunk box. We cannot imagine why this should be a problem for you, assuming that Sonia's box remains in the condition in which you received it.

We shall be in contact with you after we have heard from Miss Cisse.

Subject: Re: Your's Dughter Sonia.

Dearest Sonia:

Thank you for the photograph. As there are several boxes and we cannot see any numbers on any of them, please describe your box in detail so that we can be certain of which one is yours.

We quite understand why your late father did not want the security company to know what was put into your box, as one imagines that he did not at all trust them. We must say that we are not amused with Mr. Kunta's rude manner, and we suppose that he is quite daft as well. He insists that they must arrange the ownership of the consignment to be transferred to us before they can send it, although one fails to see why the trunk cannot simply be shipped to you at our address.

We have advised Mr. Kunta that we cannot request a transfer of ownership to us without your verifiable consent. We suppose that should you agree to this transfer, we shall provide verification instructions in our following message. We should like to reassure you that this would be only to expedite the shipment, and as far as we are concerned your box will always be yours to do with as you please.

One must say that the entire affair has become so difficult that we should like to suggest that you forget about the trunk box and accept a trust for yourself in the amount of UK£5,000,000 in its place. After all dear, it's only money, and the important thing is that you are with us in time for the holidays.

We do hope you that are able to send us your passport photograph soon. Mr. Wilson tells us that it is better if it is transferred from a digital camera directly to the computer, rather than having it scanned. He has been very helpful, and seems rather anxious to help us in any way that will hasten your passage here. We imagine that he quite fancies you, as we suppose any young man should.

Don't worry dear, we Windsors have a very strict rule against any cavorting between the staff and ourselves, which of course became necessary when Andrew came of age. It was all we could do to keep his hands off the maids.

Do hurry with the photograph dear, as we should like to send your passport to you, along with your air ticket and pocket money, as soon as possible. It does seem as though you are in need of funds, and we suppose it simply won't do for a future Windsor to have to go without.

Below is a photo of ourself when we were not much older than you are now. Dear, please do send some other photographs of yourself with your next message, as we suppose we are quite disappointed that we have only seen two photographs of our future daughter, and we are beginning to wonder why you have been ignoring this request.

Presently awaiting your eager reply,

Elizabeth Windsor

Dearest Sonia:

For the life of us dear, we truly cannot see any numbers on the trunks in the photograph you sent. Mr. Wilson even enlarged the photograph, but anything that might have been written on them was too blurry to make sense of it. It would be so much simpler dear if you simply describe your box and its position in detail so that we can tell it apart from the others.

In any case dear, we are still waiting for your consent to transfer the ownership before we proceed any further with the security company. We understand your hesitance, but rest assured that you would not be giving away your treasured box. It is simply a formality to meet the absurd shipping requirements of Mr. Kunta.

We shall have Mr. Wilson send you £300 by Western Union when he returns to work on Thursday. We would do it ouself dear, but one supposes we are quite recognizable in Berkshire and if we were seen to be wiring money to an orphan on the dark continent, word would surely get back to Philip. We should not like at all to ruin the surprise for him; he is such a prince of a man.

We suppose that if there is any way that you can get someone to take a digital photograph of you that is suitable for a passport before you get the money transfer on Thursday, we should like you to do so. You should not worry so much about the quality, dear, as Mr. Wilson tells us he can enhance the photograph. The important thing is that you are facing the camera with a neutral expression on your face, and that your entire head is visible in the photograph.

In any case dear, please let us know in your next message whether you consent to transfer the ownership of your consignment or would rather accept our £5 million trust fund.

Awaiting your reply eagerly present,

Elizabeth Windsor

Young Lady:

We are wondering of you have been reading our messages fully. We have been asking you for the past week to let us know if you consent to the change of ownershp, and you have not yet answered this question. For us to proceed in that direction we must verify your consent, as we will not claim your box as our own without it.

The photograph you sent shows three trunks and a suitcase piled up on a hand truck, and we do not know if you mean the third from the top or the third from the bottom. As they are all different colours, could you not just tell us if your box is black, white, or mixed?

We also wonder whether you have even considered our offer to provide you with a trust fund of £5 million and just leave your box in Mr. Kunta's hands. It is your decision dear, but you must tell us.

We cannot send the £300 before Thursday, as Mr. Wilson is off until then, and we simply cannot be seen at the bank sending money to an orphan on the dark continent, as we are just too well known in the area and word would surely get back to Philip and ruin the surprise. Please try to hold on until then, dear.

It is a pity you do not know someone with a digital camera who would take your photographs for free so that you can email them to us sooner. We are quite anxious to send your passport along with your air ticket and travel money. One supposes that such marvels of modern technology are rare in the savage nations.

Present reply eagerly awaited,

Elizabeth Windsor

Hello Dear:

Thank you for clearing up the position of your box. If we understand correctly dear, yours is the black trunk on the bottom of the pile.

We understand Mr. Kunta's explanation for the change of ownership dear, although we do find it a bit peculiar. Nevertheless, we shall need a clear indication from you that you consent to this transfer for us to complete a legal document requesting such.

When you have your photographs taken, dear, do include one that shows you holding a handwritten note (large enough to read in the photograph) that states "Elizabeth Windsor can have my black box," with your signature. Do send a scan of your photo identification as well. You do understand dear that we must ask for this so as not to put ourself in a compromising position while taking your box.

It is a pity that you cannot get the photographs before Thursday, as we suppose that each passing day makes your arrival in time for the holidays more difficult. We know that you will take care of this sooner if you can, dear.

We should like the picture of you with the handrwitten and signed message that we dictated as it is the simplest way for you to clearly indicate that you agree to transfer ownership of the trunk box to us. After all dear, it is your inheritance, and we should not want it thought of us that we have got our hands on a young lady's box without her consent.

In any case dear, since you will be having pictures taken of you after Mr. Wilson wires you the money on Thursday, we cannot imagine why this should be a problem. Do understand that without this picture, completing the transfer form shall be a problem for us. If you would like us to proceed with haste towards the shipment, do send us that photo, dear.

Once we have received your photographic consent to claim ownership of the trunk box, we shall send the document to the security company and take care of the transfer fees. We shall also have Major Denman send your passport photograph to the Home Secretary so that we can send you your new passport, along with your air ticket and travel funds, early next week. We shall put the other photographs of you that you will send us into our family album.

You do seem to worry quite a bit dear. We suppose you must be under a great deal of stress. We did not reply sooner as we have been having some difficulty with our electronic mail again. We shall have Mr. Wilson take another look at it when he returns. We have sent him off to wire the £300 to you, so you should receive it sometime today.

We look very much forward to receiving your photographs. Please do not forget to send a proper passport photograph so that we can send your passport, air ticket, and pocket money for your passage. We should like you to purchase fresh luggage and travelling clothes. A few extra changes of clothing would be splendid as well, as we have no wardrobe for you, since you never told us your clothing sizes. Do you think £3,000 will be enough, dear?

Do remember to include the photograph of you holding the specific message we requested to indicate your consent to placing your box in our caring hands, and some other nice photographs of yourself, dear.

We must run, as we are to formally welcome some new servants we have engaged for the holidays. Below is a photograph of ourself with one of the new butlers.

Robert Wilson here. I have had access to Mrs. Windsor's email ever since she asked me to scan and send you her "identification", and I have been monitoring your correspondance. I know what's going on here, and if we work together we will split much more than £300.

If you follow my instructions, the total will include the value of a cashable first class plane ticket, the £3.000 she is planning to send with it, the £1,980 "transfer fees", and several thousand pounds worth of "storage" and "shipping " fees for the trunk box.

Your first step is to have "Sonia" thank Mrs. Windsor for the £300 and send the photos she has requested. She is in Scotland until Sunday, but will expect a reply from the girl upon her return.

Since the girl also gets a valid UK passport, send me some revealing and provocative photos of her for my personal enjoyment (in a separate email)and we'll call that even.

All email from your adresses is redirected to a subfolder that Mrs. Windsor is not aware of, and gets to her inbox only after I have seen it, so you can communicate with me at this address.

You need to confirm:

You need to confirm to me today that we are going ahead with this, and you need to send Mrs. Windsor the thank you and photos from "Sonia" by tomorrow. Mrs. Windsor is too trusting for her own good (a fact that has served me well), and we can pull close to £20,000 within a week as long as she believes it will bring her beloved orphan girl. Don't let your efforts go far go to waste.

You should have received the wire:

Robert Wilson here. Are you bloody daft or do you just not read English? I told you all incoming mail from you is being screened by me. I cannont believe you are chasing after £300 when there are thousands of pounds at stake here.

To remind you, if you work with me, there will be a refundable first class plane ticket to London (about £4,000), £3,000 cash she wants to send with the ticket, your £1,980 "transfer" fee, and whatever "storage" and "shipping" fees we agree on, which can be over £10,000 combined. And the passport for the girl.

Mrs. Windsor trusts me entirely, and has no idea I have been ripping her off for years. If you listen to me, we can pull this off and split our loot within a week. If not, your game is up.

If Mrs. Windsor does not have word from "Sonia" thanking her for the £300 pounds by the time I get into work this evening, I will have to give her back the £300 and explain that I discovered the fraud before sending the money.

Be very clear that either you work with me or you get nothing. Send the thank you message immediately along with the pictures. If you don't have the pictures yet, give her some excuse and send them by tomorrow. If for some reason you can't do that, tell me and we will figure something out. You can communicate with me at this address; email from you only gets to her inbox after I have seen it.

REPLY NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Further to my last email, you have no idea how wealthy the Windsors are. The £20,000 or so that we can get from this is nothing to them, and Mrs. Windsor will gladly part with it as long as she thinks she will have her precious orphan.

If we pull this off, when Mrs. Windsor finally realizes that "Sonia" is not coming, she will not report the fraud out of embarassment that she was taken and fear of her husband finding out. If I have to give her back the £300 today, she probably will report it, as the fraud will have been discovered (by me) before she lost anything.

The Windsors are very influential here, and an attempt to defraud them will be taken seriously by local authourities and passed along to Interpol, who work very hard to protect wealthy European families descended from nobility.

I have expensive habits and need the £10,000 that will be my share of this. Do this with me and you will get your share and walk away. Give up now and you will not only get nothing, you will likely be traced and prosecuted for attempted fraud.

I am going into work in a couple of hours, so "Sonia" must send a message NOW to thank Mrs. Windsor for the £300, either with the pictures or some reasonable excuse. If there is a problem with the pictures, let me know and I will manage something.

We are quite distressed at not having heard from you since Thursday. Mr. Wilson is off sick, so we have not yet had the opportunity to enquire after your £300, although we are quite sure that he sent it.

We are sick with worry that something has happened to you, so we have asked Major Denman to enquire of a friend of his at Scotland Yard about submitting a missing persons report to Interpol. One supposes that this is one of the priviledges of great wealth.

We still hope to get you here in time for the holidays if we hear from you soon, although it does seem as though your box will take a few days to come. The Home Secretary has assured Major Denman that he can have your passport prepared the same day we receive your photograph and sent directly to the airport in Abidjan. We have already arranged for an air ticket on Christmas Eve Day and hope that we shall not have to cancel it.

Do write back and let us know that you are okay. If we do not hear from you by tomorrow, we shall have Major Denman go ahead with getting Interpol to look for you.

As well, Major Denman has reported back that Interpol has confirmed that there is no Sonia Cisse, and that you are nothing but a common fraudster. One supposes that you have no idea how important the Windsor family is in England. Major Denman has assured us that Interpol will find and prosecute you. We have sent them all of your emails to help them trace your identity.

All we wanted was to surprise our Philip with a new member of our family, and we would have spared no expense for this. As it turns out, Mrs. Windor has given me a £5,000 bonus for saving her from your fraud. It's not quite the £10,000 that would have been my half, but it involved a lot less work and no risk. It was a bit upsetting, though, to see the old lady cry when I gave her the bad news.
